Buying our AI chatbot service? The Chatbot Service Terms cover that service, and they are the ones that govern it.
These terms live at https://terms.strategicaiadvisors.com/terms-and-conditions/ and cover your use of strategicaiadvisors.com and any other site we operate. They replace any earlier version in full.
If you buy our AI chatbot service, a second set of terms applies to that service: the Chatbot Service Terms. They govern what you're buying, what it costs, and how it ends. These Website Terms of Use only cover the website itself.
In both sets of terms, "we" and "us" mean SPC Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Strategic AI Advisors.
We build custom AI chatbots and advise businesses on putting AI to work. This site describes that work, shows examples of it, and gives you a way to get in touch.
Everything here is information, not advice. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, or professional advice about your particular situation, and reading it doesn't make us your advisor. Advice happens under a signed engagement, not on a web page.
Nothing here is a binding offer. Prices, packages, and timelines described on the site are indicative and can change. What binds either of us is a signed Order Form.
We don't promise business results. Case studies and examples describe what happened for a specific client with a specific site and audience. Yours will differ. We make no representation about the leads, revenue, or savings you'll get.
You may read, browse, and print pages of this site for your own business purposes, and you may share links to it freely. That's a limited licence, not a transfer of anything.
Don't:
We can restrict or cut off access to anyone who does these things.
The text, design, images, video, code, and the look and feel of this site are ours or our licensors'. So are "Strategic AI Advisors" and our logos. Using them needs our written permission.
If you think we've infringed your rights, email min@strategicaiadvisors.com with your name and contact details, what the work is, where it appears on our site, any registration details, and anything else that helps. We'll look into it and take material down where the claim holds up.
Feedback about the site or our products — an idea, a suggestion, a bug report — we can use freely, with no obligation and no payment to you. Don't send us feedback you want to keep or be paid for.
Your own business material is a different thing. Anything you send us as a client or prospective client — your knowledge base, your documents, your customer information, anything on a completed intake form — stays yours. We treat it as confidential and use it only to do your work. Sections 8 and 9 of the Chatbot Service Terms say exactly how, and they override anything in this section.
If a chat assistant is running on this site, it's the same kind of product we build for clients, and you should treat it that way.
It's an AI and it can be wrong. It answers from a knowledge base about our services. It can misread a question or state something inaccurately. Anything that matters, confirm with a human before relying on it.
Don't type anything sensitive into it. No payment card numbers, bank details, passwords, government ID numbers, or health information. If you give us your name, email, or phone so we can follow up, we handle it as set out in section 7.
We keep a record of the conversation so we can respond to you and improve the assistant.
Where we link out, we're pointing at something we thought was useful. We don't control those sites and we're not responsible for what's on them or what they do with your data. Their terms apply once you leave ours.
Everything about your data is in this section. There's no separate policy to go and find.
What we collect on this site. Whatever you type into a contact or chat form — typically your name, email, phone, and your message. Standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser, and the pages you viewed. Analytics about how the site is used, which pages get read and where people arrive from.
What we do with it. Reply to you, keep a record of our correspondence, and understand which pages are doing their job. That's the whole list.
What we don't do. We don't sell your information, rent it, or hand it to advertisers. We don't build profiles on you across other companies' websites.
Who else touches it. The service providers who run our email, hosting, and analytics, each under their own commercial terms and only so they can provide those services to us. We'll also disclose information where the law genuinely requires it.
How long we keep it. Enquiries and correspondence for as long as we might reasonably need them for the relationship, then we delete them. Logs and analytics for a rolling period, on our providers' schedules.
Your choices. Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at min@strategicaiadvisors.com. We'll do it unless we're legally required to keep something, and we'll tell you if that's the case.
If you're a chatbot client, the data your own website visitors give the chatbot is covered separately and in far more detail by section 8 of the Chatbot Service Terms. That section governs, not this one.
Notices to you can come by email, and that counts as written notice.
Marketing email is separate and optional. We send it only if you ask for it, and every message has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing doesn't stop service messages about work we're doing for you.
We put reasonable effort into keeping this site accurate and available. We don't guarantee either.
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful code, or that anything on it is accurate or current.
Some jurisdictions don't allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law permits.
For your use of this site, and to the extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, or lost or corrupted data, even if we knew such damages were possible. Our total liability arising out of the site is capped at US$100.
This cap covers the website only. If you're a chatbot client, section 11 of the Chatbot Service Terms sets the liability position for the service you're paying for, and that's the one that applies to the service.
We are not responsible for third-party services you reach through us or that sit underneath the site — your own host, your browser, payment processing, or an outage at a provider. Your agreement with that provider governs.
You'll cover us against third-party claims, and the reasonable legal costs that come with them, arising from your breach of these Website Terms of Use, your violation of the law or of anyone's rights, or your misuse of the site. We'll tell you promptly about any such claim and let you run the defence, and we won't settle without your consent.
There are up to three documents between us. If they disagree, this is the order:
Buying the chatbot service does not cancel these Website Terms of Use, and using this website does not cancel your Order Form or the Chatbot Service Terms. Each covers what it says it covers, in the order above.
Changes. We may revise these Website Terms of Use by updating the page at https://terms.strategicaiadvisors.com/terms-and-conditions/, and the version posted there is the one in force. Material changes to the *Chatbot Service Terms* work differently and get you 30 days' notice by email — see section 12 of those terms.
Governing law. Wyoming law governs, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts sitting in Sheridan, Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction.
Severability. If a court strikes something out, the rest stands.
Who can enforce these. Us, and our affiliates and licensors as to the provisions that protect them.
